The only improvements I would make would be to broaden the lower part of his face, by creating some negative space between the sides of his mouth and the indentations of his jaw. While Johnny does have beautiful cheekbones, the narrowness of his chin in your drawing makes them appear to stick out just a little bit. But its an easy fix, just a little erasing around the mouth. Then again, that might be a style thing you were going for, in that case: ignore me.
Also, (this is more of a personal preference thing) whenever I do pencil drawings, I run them through photoshop and do the "Auto-Contrast" command. Pretty simple and it just gives it that slightly more professional look. Otherwise, I find that my pencil drawings don't show up very well when scanned.
